Terms of Service

Last updated October 13, 2026
These are launch-stage terms for the current software product and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before large-scale commercial use.

1. The service

Covrion is business software that helps customers organize subcontractor payments, insurance certificates, W-9s, coverage dates, renewal workflows and audit-readiness records.

2. No professional or insurance advice

Covrion does not provide legal, tax, accounting, insurance-brokerage, underwriting or employment-classification advice. Audit-readiness scores, document extraction and exception flags are organizational tools only and do not determine carrier treatment, premium, coverage, legal status or regulatory compliance.

3. Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of information you upload, for obtaining any required permissions to process subcontractor information, for reviewing extracted data, and for maintaining source records required by insurers, regulators, tax authorities or other third parties.

4. Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for activity performed through your account. Notify the service operator promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Covrion to violate law, infringe third-party rights, upload malicious content, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or misrepresent Covrion output as a binding insurance or legal determination.

6. Subscriptions and trials

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, new subscriptions may begin with a 14-day trial and then renew monthly at the selected plan price until canceled. Taxes, if applicable, may be added. Billing-management options are provided through Stripe.

Workspace owners and admins can open Manage billing in Settings to view invoices, update a payment method or cancel renewal. Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current billing period shown in Stripe. If a payment fails, paid features pause until Stripe confirms payment. Signing out or deleting documents does not cancel a subscription. For refund questions, contact syndicatehubllc@gmail.com with your invoice number; a support request does not itself cancel renewal or guarantee a refund. See billing help.

Refund requests and billing disputes

Send refund or disputed-charge requests to syndicatehubllc@gmail.com with your account email, invoice number and a short explanation. Do not send card numbers or banking details. Requests are reviewed individually; contacting support is not confirmation that a refund has been approved. Nothing in these terms limits refund or cancellation rights required by applicable law. Use Manage billing to cancel renewal separately.

Support and service limits

Support is available by email at syndicatehubllc@gmail.com and through the guided request templates on the Help page. Covrion does not promise a response time, 24-hour monitoring, guaranteed recovery time or a service-level agreement unless separately agreed in writing. For time-sensitive insurance or audit decisions, contact your insurer or qualified adviser directly.

7. AI-assisted features

Some features use automated or AI-assisted extraction. These features may make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing material fields before relying on them for business decisions.

8. Intellectual property

Covrion and its software, branding and original product materials are owned by the service operator or its licensors. Customers retain rights in their own uploaded business records and documents.

9. Availability and changes

We may modify, improve, suspend or discontinue features. We aim to operate the service reliably but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

10. Warranty disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Covrion is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties not expressly stated in a signed agreement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, insurance premium changes or third-party audit determinations arising from use of the service.

12. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, security risks, nonpayment or unlawful use, subject to applicable law and any signed commercial agreement.
